How Does Physical Therapy Help?
Physical therapy (PT) can reduce pain in people from injuries. Physical therapists evaluate and take measures to enhance a person’s physical function.
Physical therapists aim to improve a person’s range of movement and quality of life and prevent further injury or disability.

My Experience With Receiving Physical Therapy
- What I liked most about the treatment was that it was done in an easy way to understand what I’m doing and how to do it at home.
- I made sure to ask about how many times I can do any exercise.
- I like that it started out as pain management then moved into helping me be able to get back to my job and focus on increasing my strength.
- What I disliked was that I had to do assessments very often which would get in the way of my physical therapy session.
