For The last couple of weeks, I’ve been eating very unhealthy food for both breakfast and lunch because I felt like I didn’t have that much time to make something for breakfast and also I didn’t prepare lunch. Starting now, I have been meal prepping in bulk burritos because they are quick to warm up and easy to cook. I just bake everything up. I’ll make a video next week when I prep my next week’s burritos.
My first burritos were bacon and ground Italian sausage with veggies and eggs. My second burritos were chipotle chicken thigh and polish sausage burritos with veggies and eggs. It takes about an hour to make and its about 14 burritos or 7 meals worth.
