225.3lb + 2.7lb 5/17/24

 How can I lose 5.5lb within a week?

Diet I ate mostly ground beef with 2 eggs for breakfast

Cheat days Tuesday and Wednesday

Train hard with a leg workout that I felt for days.

I worked out my upper and lower body twice this week.
