My Swot Analysis

Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats

Strength

My cardio because I average 20k steps every day. 

Weakness

My diet is poor because I don’t like eating cold food or microwave food 

Opportunity 

If I get to 170lb than I will look the part of a fitness trainer

Threats

There Are other fitness trainers but I really see them as possibility partners.
